Privacy Policy
Matt Pryor LLC d/b/a SteadyBooked
Effective Date: October 12, 2026
Matt Pryor LLC, doing business as SteadyBooked (“SteadyBooked,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information of individuals who submit inquiries through our Facebook lead forms, websites, landing pages, and related marketing channels (collectively, the “Services”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and store it, who we share it with (and, just as importantly, who we do not share it with), and the choices and rights available to you.
This Policy applies to consumers and business contacts who submit information to SteadyBooked directly or on behalf of one of our home-service clients (e.g., roofing, pool, landscaping, pest control, HVAC, and similar trade businesses) for whom we provide marketing and lead generation services. By submitting your information through a SteadyBooked-managed form or campaign, or by otherwise communicating with us, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.
1. Who We Are
SteadyBooked is a video marketing and lead generation agency operated by Matt Pryor LLC, serving home service businesses. We design and run advertising campaigns (including Meta/Facebook lead ads) on behalf of our clients and deliver the resulting leads to our clients. Each client contacts its own leads directly, from its own business phone number, to schedule appointments, estimates, or consultations; SteadyBooked does not call or text our clients' leads.
2. Information We Collect
When you submit a Facebook Lead Form, fill out a landing page, or otherwise contact us, we may collect:
- Contact information: full name, phone number, email address, mailing or service address, and ZIP code.
- Inquiry details: the service you are interested in, project details, preferred contact times, and any notes or comments you provide.
- Communication records: the content of calls, text messages, emails, and chat exchanges between you and SteadyBooked or our client, including call recordings or transcripts where permitted by law.
- Technical and advertising data: information passed to us by Meta/Facebook in connection with a lead form submission (such as form ID, campaign ID, and submission timestamp), and standard web analytics data (IP address, browser type, device information, referring page) if you visit a landing page.
- Information you voluntarily provide in the course of scheduling, such as appointment preferences or property details relevant to the service requested.
We do not knowingly collect financial account numbers, government identification numbers, or other sensitive personal information through our forms, and we ask that you not include such information when contacting us.
3. How We Collect Information
- Directly from you, when you complete a Facebook/Meta Lead Ad form, a website or landing page form, or correspond with us by phone, text, or email.
- Automatically, through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies used on landing pages we operate, for analytics and ad-performance measurement.
- From Meta Platforms, Inc., which transmits the information you submit through a Lead Ad form to our CRM system via Meta's lead retrieval tools, in accordance with Meta's own data policies.
4. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes, and we do not use it for any purpose beyond what is reasonably necessary to provide our services:
- To deliver your inquiry to the home service business you contacted, so that business can follow up with you directly, under its own privacy policy and consent practices, and schedule your appointment, estimate, or consultation. If you inquired about SteadyBooked's own services, we may contact you ourselves.
- To qualify your inquiry (for example, confirming your location and the type of service needed) so that the right business can assist you.
- To maintain an accurate record of your inquiry and communications history in our customer relationship management (“CRM”) database.
- To measure and improve the performance of advertising campaigns run on behalf of our clients (in aggregate or de-identified form wherever possible, apart from the hashed lead-outcome events described in Section 8).
- To comply with legal obligations, enforce our agreements, and protect the rights, safety, and property of SteadyBooked, our clients, and the public.
5. Advertising Performance Data (Meta Marketing API)
In addition to the lead data described above, SteadyBooked operates an internal analytics application (“SteadyBooked Insights”) that connects to our clients’ Meta/Facebook advertising accounts via the Meta Marketing API, with each client’s express authorization (via Meta’s Business/Ad Account partner access).
Through this connection, we access advertising performance data including campaign, ad set, and ad-level metrics (spend, impressions, reach, clicks, conversions, and similar performance statistics) and ad creative metadata (ad names, creative identifiers, and associated copy) belonging to accounts our clients have granted us access to. This data does not include the personal information of the individuals targeted by or exposed to those ads — it is aggregate account and campaign performance data used to report on and optimize advertising results.
This data is used solely to:
- Build performance dashboards and reports for the client whose ad account it belongs to.
- Identify which ad creative, hooks, and campaigns are driving results, so we can inform future creative and media-buying decisions on that client’s behalf.
This data is stored in our internal systems (SteadyBooked Insights), access-controlled to SteadyBooked personnel and the specific client it belongs to, and is never shared with other clients, sold, or used for any purpose beyond servicing the client relationship it was collected under. Access to a client’s advertising data via the Meta Marketing API can be revoked by the client at any time through their Meta Business Settings.
6. Text Messages (SMS) from SteadyBooked
Matt Pryor LLC dba SteadyBooked texts only people who opt in on SteadyBooked's own forms: people who book a call with us and check the box for appointment texts, and SteadyBooked clients who turn on new-lead alerts in their client dashboard. Your consent is given to Matt Pryor LLC dba SteadyBooked only. It is not consent to receive texts from any other company, and we never share it with anyone else. The home service businesses we work with contact their own leads directly, under their own privacy policies and consent practices; SteadyBooked does not call or text our clients' leads.
- Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your appointments and, for lead alerts, your lead volume.
- You may reply STOP at any time to opt out of text messages, or reply HELP for assistance. You can also ask us to remove your number by emailing matt@steadybooked.com.
- Consent to receive texts is never a condition of booking or of receiving any service from SteadyBooked.
- Mobile opt-in information and phone numbers collected for SMS purposes are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. They are used only to send the texts you agreed to.
7. How We Store and Protect Your Information
Your information is stored in our CRM database, which is access-controlled and limited to SteadyBooked personnel (and, where applicable, authorized staff of the specific client whose service you inquired about) who need it to respond to your inquiry. We apply reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction, including:
- Password-protected and access-restricted CRM and email systems.
- Limiting data access to personnel and contractors who need it to perform their job duties.
- Retaining information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, for the client relationship to be serviced, or as required by law, after which it is securely deleted or anonymized upon request or in the ordinary course of data hygiene.
No method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. However, we are committed to promptly investigating and addressing any suspected data incident.
8. Text Messaging (SMS) Data
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service and our messaging service provider, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent.
SteadyBooked never sells, rents, or trades your personal information. Ad measurement: if you respond to one of our clients' Facebook or Instagram lead ads, we may send that client's own Meta ad account a hashed (encrypted) version of the email address and phone number you gave in that ad, along with the outcome of your inquiry, so the client's ads can be measured. This never includes text messaging opt-in data or consent, and never applies to people who opt in to texts on SteadyBooked's own forms.
9. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on your state of residence, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, which may include the right to:
- Request confirmation of whether we hold personal information about you, and access a copy of it.
- Request correction of inaccurate information.
- Request deletion of your personal information from our CRM, subject to legal or legitimate business retention needs.
- Opt out of further marketing communications (text, call, or email) at any time.
- Withdraw consent to be contacted, without affecting the lawfulness of contact made before withdrawal.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the information in Section 13, or follow the steps at https://dashboard.steadybooked.com/data-deletion to have your information deleted. We will respond within the time period required by applicable law, and we will verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests.
10. Children's Privacy
Our Services are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected information from a child, we will delete it promptly.
11. Third-Party Links and Platforms
Our forms may be hosted on or linked from third-party platforms, including Meta/Facebook. Those platforms have their own privacy policies governing their collection and use of information, and this Policy does not apply to their practices. We encourage you to review Meta's Data Policy at facebook.com/policy.php for information about how Meta handles data associated with Lead Ad submissions.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. The “Effective Date” at the top of this Policy indicates when it was last revised. Material changes will be reflected by posting an updated version; we encourage you to review this Policy periodically.
